He helped us find a place to eat during Ramadan and booked a city tour with a patient and professional driver. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel's location next to a supermarket and taxis passing by made it convenient for transportation. The staff provided excellent service, promptly addressing any requests and providing extra amenities. The hotel provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience overall.

We got a room with roll in showers. Location: the hotel was close to Morocco in winter and old medina.

The rooms at Hotel Arena Fes are amazing! They come with everything you need for a cozy stay, like air conditioning and a desk. Plus, the terrace with a city view is a great place to relax and take in the sights. The private bathroom and flat-screen TV are definite bonuses too.

Personally, I found the CD player in the room a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my preference.
